Whether you’re out of a job or just don’t love the job you’re in, becoming a CNA is a great career idea. As an in-demand CNA, you’ll always have a secure job, and you can feel good about making a difference in people’s lives.
Becoming a CNA brings some typical professional rewards like job stability, increased earnings potential and opportunities for job growth. But most of NextStep’s graduates say that the biggest reward is knowing that they make a difference in people's lives every single day.
If you’re thinking about a career change, you’re probably already considering what experience and education you might need. Careers that require a college degree or lots of experience can be tough to get started in. The good news is that you can train to become a CNA through NextStep with no prior experience. And, all of our learners are supported one-on-one by a mentor throughout the program.
With NextStep, that’s not a problem. We provide CNA training tuition free when you commit to working a minimum of 90 days as a full-time CNA with one of our employer partners after graduation. It makes career transition possible with little or no financial risk because you’re not paying tuition and you know there’s a paycheck coming as soon as you graduate.
There’s nothing the NextStep team loves more than helping people make a career transition into caregiving. Ready to get started? Click the button below and you’ll be talking to one of our mentors in no time!
